Here are some items that I liked from AliExpress and can whole heartedly recommend to you. Most of them are pretty inexpensive and provide a good value to cost ratio.

LED Bar Light for your monitor screen – light up your desk, front and back, does not disturb your screen and lets you handwrite, read etc.
Sofirn SP32 EDC Flashlight – easy to carry, 2000 lumens, bright tactical flashlight. I recommend always buying with their battery (extra price) because other batteries might not fit perfectly (happened to me with another model)
Small EDC Pocket Flashlight – this is very tiny, strong and I carry it with me literally everyday I leave home. It has a magnet, UV light and some extra light effects.
BlueTooth Receiver/Transmitter – make your speakers wireless
SATA to USB 3.0 Adapter SATA Cable for 2.5/3.5 Inch SSD HDD SATA III Hard Drive Disk with 12V/2A Power Interface – if you want to connect an external SATA HDD or SSD that requires extra power to your computer or laptop
TEUCER 1.65/5/10M Colorful LED Computer Desktop Switch PC – you can watch my tutorial about how you can set this up as an external power button for your PC here.
Folding Portable Magnifying Glass 30X 60X 90X Magnification with LED and UV lamp – just a small little magnifying glass that you might use from time to time, it is the best one I’ve found on AliExpress.
Ballpoint Pen Refills – for this price, it’s incredible value, and the quality is actually good on these.
Beauty and Health
Self Cut Mirror – if you want to be your own barber, you can see the back of your head with this.
Soap Bag – use your small soap pieces instead of throwing them away.
OCOOPA Magnetic Rechargeable Hand Warmers – hand warmers to keep you warm in the cold winter days.
Ozone Generator – this is an ionizer and it is quite useful for toilets and rooms where you need to remove odor from. Not suited for people suffering from asthma or other breathing problems as it can irritate your lungs.
