Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email account you want to redirect mails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
